This is just a brief note to say thank you for your continued support over the past year or so. Also there are a few changes that have been made that we would like to inform you about.

Firstly, there will be a price increase effective 1 January 2009 . The VineLife capsules and VineLife powder, the price has increased to $27.00 and $32.00 respectively (from $25.00 and $30.00). The cost of the VineEquine and VineCanine powder increases to $62.00 per kilo or $37.00 per 1/2 kg (from $60.00 and $35.00 respectively). The VineCanine capsules will be $27.00. $81.00 plus $5.00 P&P will provide 6 months supply of capsules at approx. 2 capsules per day. This is the first increase since early 2007 for the capsules and since 2003 for the VineEquine and VineCanine.

The quantity remains at 110 capsules but the size now shown on the label is 650mg (average weight). The maximum weight aimed for is 700mg. The analysis is on the 650mg. We made this decision after consultation with the company that does the encapsulation of our product. Given that this product is so individual, with every batch processed there are always differences in the amount that can be compacted into the capsule. We feel it is a more accurate representation to present you with an average weight instead.

Our product also contains absolutely no product from China. The only component of our product that is not NZ made or sourced, is the capsule casing. This is a vege casing and comes from India. The quality of our product is high and we only source from a high quality winery. Personal contact with our clients has been invaluable over the years whilst growing this small business. In our contact with Medsafe we have been told that they class our product in the 'low risk category'. We have made the decision not to make any claims about our products apart from the - supports wellness, joint health, circulation etc, and leave the rest to you to make up your own minds.

We also now have the ability to process payments by credit card or by internet banking, but continue to trust our clients if they wish to pay on invoice within 7 days of receipt of their products.
